Terms of Service
Service scope, responsibilities, billing, and account terms.
Terms of Service
Effective: July 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PreFlight at getpreflight.dev and its related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated into these Terms.
Service scope
PreFlight is a development and operations tool that provides integration health scans, continuous monitoring and alerts, CI/CD release controls, revenue reconciliation and drift detection, reports and trust pages, and API and MCP access for automation. It helps surface operational signals; it does not replace provider dashboards, incident response, security testing, legal compliance programs, or full-stack observability.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information; keep your account, workspace members, and credentials secure; use only credentials and systems that you are authorized to access; review results before acting; rotate accidentally exposed credentials; and comply with applicable law and third-party terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your use complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts, permissions, and data
You may invite authorized people to a workspace only as allowed by your plan. You retain your rights in the data, configurations, and reports you submit or generate through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that information solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing and cancellation
The free plan requires no payment and has no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly; current pricing, included capacity, monitoring cadence, feature access, and usage allowances appear at getpreflight.dev/pricing. We may change future pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of an initial subscription when the Service does not meet your needs.
Intellectual property
PreFlight, the Service, documentation, and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. We claim no ownership in the integrations, applications, or services you connect to PreFlight.
Availability, third parties, and support
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party providers, networks, APIs, and your own implementation can affect results and availability. We will communicate planned maintenance when practical. Support is available through the product and documentation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Check results are informational and do not guarantee that an application is defect-free, secure, compliant, available, or fit for a particular purpose. Review the Disclaimer before relying on any result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreFlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where that limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify PreFlight against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of another party's rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately when your use violates these Terms, presents a security risk, or could harm the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated to active workspace owners through the product at least 14 days before they take effect.
